I hereby grant Cool Dog Walker permission to take photographs and videos of my pet to be edited, posted and shared on all Cool Dog Walker social media pages. This includes, but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TIKTOK, Facebook, Twitter, and Website.

I understand and agree that these photographs and videos will become the property of Cool Dog Walker. I hereby authorize Cool Dog Walker to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, post, publish, or distribute the photographs and or videos for purposes of publicizing their business or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive my rights to any compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs or videos. I release and discharge Cool Dog Walker from any and all claims arising out of use of the photographs and videos for any lawful purpose such as for publicity, illustration, advertising, and web/social media content.
